Purchased this Surefire tailcap for my Arisaka Defense light and it worked GREAT for almost 6 months! Shortly after, the pressure pad works just fine. If you click the button on the back of the tailcap, it just does not work anymore.

Press and hold, nothing happens.
Press once, nothing happens.
Took it off, cleaned it, fresh Surefire CR123a batteries...nothing happens.
Only the pressure pad works, unfortunately.

Very disappointed because the cost is soo high, it's USA made, and its supposed to be "battle proven" and fails after a few months.
Hopefully Surefire will warranty it, but my hopes are low as they dont warranty switches and painting your light could be marked a "unauthorized modification" but i will update review if i hear back from them.

Figured I'd give Holosun a try, since they seem to be feature packed at a good price. Now i see why they get bashed alot.

Absolutely DISAPPOINTED!! Packaging looked nice, feels like a quality product. That's where it ended, turn it on and 65 MOA reticle is completely crooked. Soo much for quality control. Button's ate not very responsive as well, took almost 4 clicks before it ever turned on.

I think its an absolute marketing gimmick to call this a "Military Grade" optic, because its not even airsoft grade.

Amazing optic! Unrivaled field of view, and SUPER fast target acquisition. Better than ANY optic ive ever tried.
Made in America, thats a HUGE plus in my book! Battery life may not be the best, but not a issue if you use any weapon light or IR/visible laser's. Only 1 con...

If you have a slight or any sort of astigmatism...this is NOT the optic for you. I have a slight astigmatism, and this optic is absolutely useless without glasses (I know, wear glasses, but you may not always have your glasses handy/on in a bad situation or in 1 piece) and that absolutely sucks. BUT, if you have corrective lenses, want to invest is lasik, or have 20/20 it wont be a issue.

Other than that (personal) issue, the optic is still amazing!

These are the best picatinny rail covers you can get! Easy install, super easy to cut to length, and definitely worth every penny. These are the SAME panels Magpul charges the same amount for ONLY 1 panel, ERGO grip makes them for Magpul.
If your quadrail/picatinny handguard gets hot and want a easy install, cheap, and effective rail cover to stop you hands from getting toasted or for extra grip, look no further!

By far thee best light switch you can get, absolute gold standard. High quality, Made in America, and total reliably where it counts. Worth every dollar! I paired this with a Arisaka 600 seies custom light, works FLAWLESS! If you're on the fence, i can say go for it 110%

By far my personal favorite optic mount for AK pattern rifles. Mine lined up PERFECTLY inline with my barrel/dust cover (PSA GF5 AK with SLX 1x optic). Returns to zero EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I have taken it off for my rifles (rare) cleanings or for disassembling my rifle at the range to help it cool down quicker haha. SUPER easy to adjust, holds strong, and has a security latch do the main latch will never fully open if it were to come loose by some freak chance. Another reason this optic mount is AWESOME is it's Made in the USA!!!������

By far thee BEST muzzle device for a AK pattern rifle. Recoil and muzzle rise are GREATLY REDUCED! Accuracy will immediately be improved once this is muzzle brake is installed, that's a FACT! Definitely does NOT hide flash, it does make some nice fireballs that people seem to enjoy any time I'm at the range. Over all you can't beat this brake, made in the USA��, tough, effective, and looks AWESOME! 10/10 worth every penny, get one! You'll thank me later.

By far thee BEST optic for the money and definitely one of the best prism optics around! Tough, cost effective, and easy to use. Really can not ask for a better optic all around. Etched reticle is AWESOME!!! Glass is CRYSTAL CLEAR and if you have fading eyesight or an astigmatism this optic is made for you. You can adjust the diopter to your eye to get the best picture possible and also helps not wash out the reticle as what would happen on a standard red dot optic. Brightness levels for any time of day...or night as this optic is also compatable with night vision! Form factor is very nice, looks are stunning as well. Only "con" is 1 MOA adjustments BUT for a 1x CQB style optic it is more then adequate for it's intended purpose. I run mine on a PSA GF5 AK rifle with a Midwest Industries Gen1 mount and sofar with 1500+ rounds though it and dropping the rifle there has been ZERO change in accuracy and works flawlessly. If you're thinking of getting one, DO IT! Thank me later.
