Steiner MPSc 1x21-19mm Reflex Red Dot Sight
I installed this optic on my Springfield XD-40 with a 4" barrel with a dovetail optics mount. The dot is crisp at lower levels but as the brightness increases it starts to flare/starburst, now this could be my eyes but I do not have this issue with my Aimpoint Arco. The controls are large and easy to use, plenty of customizable options for auto on/off which of you're considering this product I'm sure you've already read about. Other then the flaring at the brightest settings the only other complaint I have is the top half of the glass has a significant blue tint while the bottom is clear. My Acro has a slight blue tint in the same area but its not nearly as noticeable as this Steiner. For the price I expected less tint and flare but neither has prevented me from enjoying shooting with it.
