If you've never used a cartridge bore and have only tried the universal "end of the barrel" variety this is in my opinion a vastly better option. While buying a bore sight for each caliber seems a more expensive way of sighting in your firearms I have found that time and accuracy if initial calibration is way improved over the universal bore sights and honestly I can lend the bore sight out to my friend while at the range to speed up there calibrations too so we can get to shooting and not wasting ammo.
This tube will make a nice addition to your AR build especially if you are looking for at an SBR project as the extra positions give a bit more flexibility when working with the firearm when the stock is collapsed. The full extension length is great for a wide variety of frames as I have friends well over 6 foot that find the rifle shoulders quite comfortably for them as well my shorter statured frame. The fit and finish are great, but be cautioned that as the threads are also coated that in some receiving plates you may well find that you will have to apply some oil to reduce the frictions and put on some gloves to help with gripping and threading this tube in place.
These are a great value for anyone looking for a pair of glasses with lens options. The included lenses are a breeze to swap out and definitely cover all your basic lighting condition concerns. I found the amber lens option to work best for me when I am outdoors with lots of variable sun light conditions. The clarity is good and I found no interference or blurring of any of my red dot sights between the different lenses even the red lenses did not obscure or "soften" my red dot reticle which was a pleasant surprise. The included case holds everything in place for you and takes up no extra space in your range bag. I don't think you can ask for a better return on a $20 investment than these.
This stock has a great adjustable cheek weld and the fit and finish are top notch. The integrated QD sling point is positioned very comfortably for use in both a single point and dual point rig and strong enough that I have no concerns when using just the single attach point. The adjustment lever for buffer tube positions is readily accessible and not too stiff as some other styles I have tried. I mainly picked this stock because the look was different enough from all the other "me too" stocks out in the market and I wanted something to make my project stand out a bit, after getting to run a few hundred rounds down range with it I do not regret it a bit.
