This is an excellent small lightweight ARCA rail. This is my second one. I mounted the first on an mlok chassis with little drama other than it didn't come with any hardware for mounting to mlok rail. Fortunately I had some. This second one I'm just in the middle of mounting. Drilled holes in a custom stock and the threaded barbed nut (digs into soft stock material) fastener that comes with it should be ok but the bolt is too short - I have to once again source hardware.

Other than hardware, the ARCA mount is nice. The scalloped edge helps hold my rifle in place in the tripod when shooting.

I would definitely recommend for a lightweight secure mount option.

I recently purchased the Area 419 universal decapping die. It'll came with two decapping pins. I bent both of them within a week. The first was on 300 PRC brass and the second on 223 brass. I called area 419 and they said they usually only see that with 223 crimped military primers but I shouldn't have issues with 300 PRC. Obviously they sell replacement pins so they're getting bent somehow. I bought a different shell holder hoping that would hold the 300 PRC brass more firmly. Haven't done anymore 300 PRC since. Hopefully this will square me away for a while. On the positive side area 409 was very helpful and very receptive to the feedback. They stated my feedback could help them upgrade the product in the future if there were more issues/feedback from others - meaning the metallurgy on the pins for harder use potentially.
