Bought this for a Chiappa RAK-9 "mine is the mac90 variant" was unsure if it would work properly however it does fit beautifully no modifications of any kind if your using the factory mags

HOWEVER the "anti rotation block" does not work with it if your using the magazine adapter that's included with the firearm if you wish to use the Glock/Berretta adapter you have to thin the anti rotation block considerably about 1/4" or more off the thickness then it will fit and work

I am using the mag adapter and AM NOT using the anti rotation block .. just aligned the rail square to the firearm and let it run .. 9mm doesn't have enough recoil to worry about it moving

This is a very good piece of kit ... works as described and as expected however.. i work in sales of firearms and have had some experience with this tool at work as well as now at home and as such .. some reviews i have seen on other sites ect seem to imply that its poorly made or does not work as intended

so there are some things to know.. first .. it works as intended as long as you do some things correctly .. tighten it all up and set the shelf height properly when installing your slide

second.. it CANNOT break a hard hold on a rear sight dovetail.. you will HAVE to help it start IE get a brass punch and hammer and tap the rear sight a couple times to break the loctite or just tension in general after that lock it in the vism and crank it out without any damage to the sight/pistol/tool

lastly .. it very clearly says on the tool to oil everything first... that means .. .oil everything first i used some lucas extreme gun oil and within a minute everything was moving smoothly and as you would expect

if you follow those simple rules this thing will provide many years of service and do its job well
