The "New" Nikon P - Tactical 2x to 7x x 32mm Scope is the best choice for a Tactical .22LR Rifle. I have purchased the Nikon P-Tactical 3X32mm Scope and also the P-Tactical 2X-7X x 32mm Scope. Nikon P-Rim Fire 2X-7X x 32mm Scope is currently being use on my .22 Rifles. All my Nikon Scopes and Bases are fantastic! There clean and clear and have fantastic light gathering for use in dim light and their built strong to last a lifetime. There easy to site-in and they hold their "0" and they're the perfect size and weight. I love the big dials for adjusting wind and elevation. What more can you ask for in a quality scope. I would and have purchased Nikon Scopes and will do so again!
