If you are going to spend this amount of money on a rangefinder then buy a bushnell instead. The anarch not only picks up distances behind the target easily, it is gives distances short of the target when there is nothing in the way. I play a lot of golf so I use rangefinders a lot so trust me when I say buy a bushnell in this price range. Realizing now that vortex needs their VIP warranty because their products suck and are prone to having issues.
