I really wanted to like this slide, it LOOKS good.

The hole for the striker safety and spring required significant sanding because the coating is applied to all internal areas as well. Make sure you function test A LOT until everything operates like factory or you're gonna have a really bad time. By default it was stuck, not free floating on the spring as it should be.

The overall coating itself looked good out of the box...but ELECTRICAL tape pulled the coating right off the slide. I put a piece on to protect the slide while installing XS sights, and as i simply repositioned the tape the finish literally flaked/pulled right off.

The bottom edges of the slide are already chipped/flaking incredibly bad.

Messaged LFA and they wanted me to send the slide in for replacement, which i said no because its my EDC and it already took over a month to get this slide as it was. They didn't offer anything else to compensate. Won't ever buy an LFA product again.
