I BOUGHT THIS AS A SMALL MED POUCH FOR A PLATE CARRIER. WORKS PERFECTLY FOR CHEST SEALS, NPAs, AND SCISSORS. But I wouldn't recommend it for smaller items since it doesn't completely open up. But it's perfect for my kit.
