Got these ComTac 8’s for a steal. Granted I order them during Pre-Order period. They came in way earlier than expected. The headsets are high quality, low profile, easily functional, and comfortable products. While MAPs may feel like volume control. They are do make a difference between each MAP. They offer different needs and wants….not just adjust volume. Over very happy with my product. Only down fall is that there aren’t many compatible products that can work with this headset due to it being so New. Going to get the Gels and windshield soon, I am sure other companies will start making products for it.

Got this for my MK18 for my Milsim events fit nicely and tight. The newer stock and short Vertical Grip really are a game changer. The Grip for the trigger is nice quality. But the only gripe I have about the quality is the Cap on the bottom of the grip it’s self where the “DD” is was distorted and kinda killed the whole Daniel Defense aesthetic. I don’t mind if eventually it were to wear off or distort a bit. But it’s brand new and for the price, I excepted more. Optics Planet did offer to send the whole thing back for another. But it took a while to get to me and to send the whole thing back like the Short vertical Grip, Trigger Grip, and stock for a Cap seems little extreme and a waste of time and money for both parties, so I kinda just had to deal with it.
