This is so much better than the standard Velcro vertical strap. It is very easy to convert a current Safariland drop leg holster to this type of set up. Also, take a look at the QLS 19 and 22 to make the rig even more versatile.

I am a 37 inch waist and bought both the medium and large belts. Once the belt is loaded with gear, I think large is the correct choice. It really will depend on the amount of gear that you would anticipate using. For casual shooting practice I will just use the medium belt with a holster a mag pouch only. Really like the belt. Also don’t forget the inner belt that you wear under this duty belt. Once you have both belts in place you will like the rigid feel of the pair.
