Area 419 S-Series 300 Win Mag Sizing Die
This die is pretty much what you expect from 419 the only downside that I can see in it is the locking ring does not have a zero stop or lock in it so if you're using this in a single stage press you will have to make your overall die length setting adjustment every time you take the dye in and out of the press.

When it comes to options for your Kestrel I'm sure there are tons of them but this one is fun and nice to have makes it extremely simple to set it up on a tripod or a gimbal or just mount it to a piece of kit let alone if you're at an event it's a good way to verify air traction.
