I bought this to replace a cheapo A2 style birdcage muzzle brake merely because I thought it looked cooler. I imagined it might mitigate felt recoil and muzzle rise slightly, but when I fired my 18" AR from a bench it was like night and day. Recoil was completely gone and I could stay on target with my red dot barely moving.
My rifle also runs a bit undergassed and had issues with lower velocity 223 but cycled flawlessly although that might be better explained with my buffer spring being broken in.
I will use this for all of my builds, it's just a shame they don't have a version of this that is suppressor ready that I know of.

Perfect for CMMG Bravo Conversion Kit.

After having issues with my AR-15 cmmg 22lr conversion kit cycling some old Federal ammunition I had, I thought "what the h*ll, I'll try this. It even has an AR 15 on the box. " Much to my delight, it cycled perfectly through 75 rounds. My rifle has a Franklin binary trigger installed which I didn't expect to work with the kit at all but shot twice per trigger pull. This will be my go-to for lower cost plinking fun.
