I ordered this product to mount on a hunting rifle to get more stability in scope mounting and to allow me the flexibility to move scopes from one gun to another. The rail fits perfectly (some other brands did not fit the gun), looks great, and was easy to install. It will serve well on deer and elk rifles.

This muzzle break is just what I needed for a hunting rifle. It is sleek, lightweight, easy to install, and works well.

Purchased the Nikon Monarch 3 4x16x42 SFP FFP BDC to gain a little longer range capabilities. The first focal plane provide a more stable sighting base and when combined with the SpotOn app really makes it easy to use. I have had a Monarch 3 3x12x42 SFP BDC for about eight years and have really enjoyed it. Once the BDC distances are figured out, it is simple to use. These are good scopes, allow good light transmission, provide clear viewing, and increase shooters' capabilities.

I had heard about this product from some technical staff at an archery pro shop. After looking at one, it seemed like it would be a good option. I was able to order and once I received it and opened the box, I realized what a great product this is. The sight picture is really clear and the focus capability is something that my previous rangefinders did not have. The magnification makes it nice to quickly look at things that might have been a little unclear in regular vision, it also helps in target shooting with a gun or bow to better see where shots are going. But, most importantly this rangefinder is light, easy to carry, clear, and adjusts angles to give a more accurate distance and improve hunting capability. It is well worth the cost (which is very reasonable) and the Vortex warranty and customer service is top notch. I own other Vortex products including a spotting scope and monocular and trust these products and rely on their quality and service.

This equipment is really versatile and useful. I purchased the 8x36 with ranging reticle earlier this year and was not sure of what I was getting as I was unable to view a picture of the sight view with the reticle. It would help in the item description to show what the sight view actually looks like. Anyway, that particular one is not exactly what I was looking for but is still proving to be very useful and we really like it. After looking around a bit more, I purchased this model, 10x36, for my son. It is perfect for our use in hunting game at closer distances and in archery season. We will use it during turkey and archery deer seasons and are excited about the lighter weight as opposed to full binoculars or spotting scopes. The magnification is good and quite clear and we are impressed with this but always are with Vortex products. In addition, their warranty is without question, the best out there and customer service is excellent - we know several individuals who have had problems during hunting seasons and have been helped overnight by Vortex. All in all, this monocular is highly versatile, provides a high quality view field, is light weight, secures very easily on hip pack or backpack shoulder straps, and does not interfere with bows or gun shooting. What could be better!!
