Simple, Strong, and Light
Written on May 18, 2026
You just can't beat the performance for the money. I have used both the Doctor and RMR footprints using Leapers mounts, and they hold tight due to the dual clamping system. I have used the mounts on shotguns and pistols with no issues. Why spend extra for big name brands like Trijicon and EGW when these mounts work for a fraction of the price.
Cycles great

I use this ammo in a Walther WMP and it's accurate and cycles with no issues. Federal does not disappoint.
Excellent grip
Written on Feb 06, 2024
The grip is well made and fits perfectly on my Mossberg 590. When you open the box, you will find the screw to install the grip is located inside the grip by opening the bottom of the grip compartment. One thing to note is... Depending on the size of your thumb, once installed on the firearm, it may get squeezed tightly up against the trigger guard of the shotgun upon firing. I adjusted my grip slightly to offset the pinch feeling upon firing.

Well-made but a few issues

Review for
Crimson Trace Low Profile Pic Rail Mounts
The mount is well constructed. However, the thread size for the screws on the mount for the optic are not listed on the package. I contacted Crimson Trace via email to ask them thread size and no response. I tried a few common thread sizes like 6-32 and 6-48 with no luck.

Great items to have on standby
Written on Feb 06, 2024
For the price, plenty of screws to have on standby in case you lose a screw or need to use on another optic mount. No complaints. Machining on screws are excellent.
Excellent part

No wobble once installed. Stippling on surface of fore end if perfect for handling. M-Lok sides can be used for lights, sling mounts. I installed my fore end on a 590 Mossberg with a pistol grip for home defense. Makes the shotgun feel more robust.

Great for the price

Optics Planet lowered the price on these hats to sell them off. Well-made, nice fit, and great to wear outside for general use. Take advantage while the price is low!
Better quality stuff

High brass, reloadable, better-quality components, cycles great in semi-autos, and patterns great using a modified choke out to 40 yards.

Best stock option

Review for
Magpul SGA Remington 870 Stock
Magpul does a great job at innovations. This stock is no exception. The adjustments for LOP are excellent and easy to do... The pistol grip feature built into the stock for ergonomics is excellent. Recoil pad is not super soft, but not hard either. Sling options are QD or loop, your choice. Great stock, bottom line.
Better Quality Stuff

This particular buckshot by Winchester is made with better quality components and is even reloadable. These shells are high brass as well. No complaints.
