I have purchased about 4 different red dot sights and the issue was always the same. Even though they were quality products the dot was always blurry. No matter what level of brightness, night or day, it always was terrible. I did some research and was told to take a photo of the dot with my phone. The dots were perfect through my phone. I have not been to the eye doctor in years because my eye sight seems really good. Since the dot look good through the phone and blurry to my eye without the phone it’s possible i may have an astigmatism. So after reading the etched prism reticles seemed like the route to go. It is. There is NO blurriness what so ever. Very crisp and clear reticle in day or night. I normally dont use the reticles with the brightness at 100% but it is super clear at 100%. Another plus is that when the optic is off or battery is dead u can still see the reticle and it is dark black. So u really dont need your back up iron sights. This optic is very durable. Civilian tactical on youtube has a video of him absolutely beating this optic to death and it still works when it is on or off. Super good optic in my opinion.
