So aggravating to go to the safe, remove your rifle to enjoy a little shooting and your optics battery is dead! These red dots are unbelievable, up to 5000 hours battery life. Automatically turns itself off and then on again soon as it is moved. The circle dot is clearer than any I have ever seen. My eyes are very bad at 61 years close up, yet I can see a perfectly clear image through this red dot with or without my glasses on. Wish I had purchased one of these years ago before wasting money on the competition! I was so impressed I immediately ordered another and with the coupon codes the prices are outstanding. If you are considering one of the Holosun, buy it. You will not regret your decision. Oh yes, one more detail. Unlike the competition, you will not see the projector through the scope sticking out from one side or the other interfering with your sight picture. The projector is at such an angle you cant see it and the front lens is angled to match the projector for a perfect image of the circle dot. I thought my Holosun was defective because of the angle of the front lens but it is not. It is part of the design. Just thought I would mention that!

When I bought my first AK47 a few months back I was expecting the smooth machine feel of recoil as I get from my SKS rifles since it uses the same caliber bullets. Boy was I surprised when it rattled my teeth every time I pulled the trigger. I knew I needed a muzzle brake and from the reviews I had read I knew this was the one. Could not believe the difference in comfort shooting with this Brake. Since then, I have purchased two more AK47 rifles. I actually ordered two more of this Tapco Muzzle Brake a couple days before ordering the rifles. It was the first thing I installed as I unboxed the new rifles. Don't even need to shoot first because I know how much difference they make. I also tamed a Mosin Nagant 762x39R using a Tapco Brake.

UTG has been one of my favorite optics for years. Super low prices with very very good quality on anything from a 22LR all the way up to the 762x39 AK rifle and everything in between. This is the first one I have ever bought that has the circle with a dot in the middle instead of just the dot. It is absolutely perfect. The circle draws your eye to the dot instantly and makes for super fast and smooth target acquisition. I love this red dot!

If you want to stay with iron sights but your eyes just are not what they used to be, these Ghost Ring sights are unbelievable. I have them on two of my SKS rifles, so when I got interested in the AK47 platform rifles, I did some research to find these for the AK47. My eyes are so bad close up that I cant even focus on the stock rear leaf sight at all and I paint the front post sight white or red to help me to see it. With the ghost ring sight I can wear my reading glasses and be able to focus mainly on the sights and the target is only a little blurry as it should be. Also looking through the ring shape of the rear sight, target acquisition is quick and easier to keep stable before pulling the trigger. It is comparable to a mini red dot without the illumination. My under folder AK does not have the side optic mount rail so this is the perfect solution!.
