Value for price, Company stands behind their product warranty

4/5 stars because my unit failed: but the overall build quality for *price, *performance, and *warranty/customer service experience was superb.
I bought the 1-10x BDC illuminated green at the end of 2022. The first 1,500-2k rounds it lived on top of a Tavor 7 .308. The next 500-1k rounds was on a LWRC REPR MKii .308. Unfortunately, one of the internal lenses must've come loose because the optic would intermittently go out and back into focus, without touching any of the adjustment dials. The illumination was also intermittent. The optic was never abused.
Swampfox customer service does not answer the phone for $#1T but they are very responsive via email. My warranty claim was handled very promptly, and email notifications were sent for every step of the process: warranty claim opened, item received, return item shipped, day of- item delivered.
I want to note that after my item was received, Swampfox wasted very little time before deciding to send me a brand-new unit. No waiting for inspection or excuses to deny my claim, no waiting for repairs. From the day I mailed my original unit to the day I received my new optic was 10 days.
No product will ever have a zero-failure rate. I value knowing that a company doesn't drag its feet when making things right.
