Ordered this for a XD 9mm and/or .45 and have been happy with it's performance. I did have to tweak the passive retention as the firearm "hungup" slightly when drawing. The specifications are slightly misleading as the light bearing holster description implies you can use the rail attachment device for a non-light bearing firearm, however it is clearly stamped on the holster itself "DO NOT USE WITHOUT LIGHT". I could have misinterpreted the specs however.
