Nikon Sportstar 8-24x25mm Zoom Binoculars
Lightweight with easy zoom and focus. Decent quality feel and acceptable value overall. Super-sharp images and great light only on lower magnification. Problem is around 18 - 24x zoom. Images become 'browned-out' and so dim at max zoom (even in high daylight) with field-of-vision shrinking so much it's almost useless to use the highest zoom... If you're not in great daylight forget seeing anything at max zoom at dusk or sunrise. Excellent, bright images only to around 18x zoom. Loop straps have slid thru the clasp and fallen off 4x already.

Problematic

Battery doesn't hold its charge for long. Used it 5 min on high after full charge and had to be recharged again. Very clunky mode button makes it slow and difficult to cycle beams. Made in China. Returning.
