I have been looking to buy this shirt for a long time. They rarely come down in price. Optics Planet had a sale and I got it for a great price. The shirt fits and looks great. It is very high quality as you would expect from 511. You can wear it for hiking and other outdoor activities but it looks so good you can even wear it out to dinner or other social event.

I was looking for a non-tactical looking EDC bag and I came across this one watching YouTube videos. I had some experience with Vertx since I already had a Gamut backpack. This bag is almost like a little brother to the gamut. They are both made of the same material and the pockets are also similar. I take the bag with me everywhere I go including work. Since I work in a school I have to be somewhat careful in what I carry. It has good organization for knives, flashlights, and the other types of gear most of us carry. It has a pouch on the size that zips similar to what is on the 511 Push Pack. This pouch can be used for a water bottle or anything else you can think of. I put an umbrella in there the other day and it fit just fine. It also has a padded area that fits a full sized tablet. There is a concealed carry compartment that I use to put a 5x8 notebook since I can't carry when I take the bag to school. This bag is very versatile and could be used as a range bag in addition to EDC. It is also a great looking bag and you will enjoy carrying it.

I got this pouch to use in connection with the Vertx Gamut pack. As you know the front compartment of that pack has no organization pockets. It contains molle webbing and a small hook and loop field about 3" square. I use this pouch in this compartment where it sticks to the hook and loop field. It is not large but just the right size to store those items you use often (i.e. lighter, small knife, flashlight, hand sanitizer, etc). It also has two small pockets in the front, which I do not yet use. I recommend it for this and similar purposes. It is small so don't think you can stash a lot of gear in it.
