Shorty Stock
Written on May 01, 2026
The Q shorty stock is a nice stock, It feels very solid. However i would not recommend this stock to anyone before mentioning its mostly plastic/composite. The main body is plastic. If i would have known this i possibly would not have bought it. Like i said, it does feel soild and it slides and operates like it should. I bought the gray one and the color is nice. I like the design. It only has two positions, collapsed and fully extended. I guess time will tell how it holds up.

To start with the main body of this stock assembly is a plastic/composite material, i didnt know this when i bought it. The assembly seems to be very well made, it is solid and doesn't wiggle around, its not loose and sloppy. It slides very smooth and locks in place very well. It has two positions, collapsed and extended. The color is exactly as the picture, I got the gray stock. It also comes with the tool to tighten the buffer tube. Over all the assembly is very nice. I don't like how its plastic/composite, I wish the description would have said that, oh well.
I have it on an 12.5", 5.56 barrel assembly, it works good so far, no issues. Ive test it with 100rds and no failures.
Over all I'm pleased with it. OP's shipping is fast, so everything went smooth.
