Sling works great. However optics planet sent me the sling with only one QDM sling swivel on the sling out of the package. I called them about it and at first they said they would have the manufacturer (Magpul) simply send me out another QDM sling swivel. Called back this morning to see if it was on it’s way even though I already bought one of the swivels in store the day after I got my sling in with only one QDM swivel and now they’re telling me I’ll have to return the entire sling and other item I purchased in order back to them for them to send me the sling out with both swivels on it. Or offered a discount code for their website to purchase another QDM quick disconnect sling swivel that they’ve now owed me for over a week. Terrible customer service. This isn’t the first item I’ve received from optics planet that had problems with it either. Thought this would be a safe buy with them. Sadly I was wrong and ended up spending 100$ Instead of just 70 to get the full setup due to their inability to look at what they send out before boxing it up. The least they could do is send me another Sling swivel in place of the one they took out/forgot in the first place so I could purchase and use a sling on my other AR with an MOE stock.

Won’t close forward all the way when sending the bolt forward, terrible spring tension, fiberglass polymer coating scraping off against the receiver for whatever reason. Even though it may semi work it’s still impeding my gun and actually causing it to malfunction either cycling the next round or cycling all the way back into battery. Would’ve never guessed that my charging handle could be the broken link on a newly built AR until I brought it to two different gunsmiths who claimed it was fixed only for it to be the charging handle. The firearms market really seems to be a joke to some people. I’m just trying to have a fully operable rifle before it’s illegal to even look at one and one that isn’t practically a hand grenade every time I pick it up FFS.
