why so slippery?

I like the design, the fit is a little loose on mil spec tube. BUT it has NO Traction. I went on line and found that SI sell a rubber pad for it separately. Wow okay so charge $10 and sell a useable product! The angle and size is great until it slides out of your sholder pocket! I put grip tape on the back of it it was so slippery.

Swampfox F.R. Rifle Scope Rings
I purchased these with a swampfox scope. The included a Picatinny option for the top clamp. You could mount a small red dot on top of the ring mount. Held zero well, no problems with loosening well firing. I was able to unmount the scope on the rifle and remount it in the location and the mount held zero. Loctite used on the ring bolts, no problem them ever.

Great View for the money

Ive had it now for a few months. Love the included throw lever! AR 6.5 grendel & 5.56. Worked fine on both. Clear glass with easy eye box is nice. Mil dot is new to me still figuring out the hold over values but thats me not the scope. Track test did well at 100 y within .5 inch. I purchased swampfox med height mounts also, removed from rifle and remounted with it holding zero both times.
