Good bench block
Written on Jan 14, 2019
This AR Armorers block made assembling and disassembling AR lowers much easier. I have also used it to remove the taper pins from a A2 style front sight to mount a low profile gas block. I’ve also used it to drive out pins on things other than an AR since I find it better than a block of wood with a hole drilled in it. For all of the different pins and things it can be used for, I have gotten my money out of it.

Decent cheap gas block.

Review for
SADLAK Low Profile Clamp Style Gas Block
This is a good gas block for the price. I like the clamp on style better than set screw versions, and this one is a good one. The screws are hex and the hex drive wasn’t cut in the center of the head. The threads out the other side could be machined a little cleaner but overall I think it’s a good one.

Solid gas tube

Review for
ODIN Works Gas Tubes
I ordered this gas tube for a pistol length 300 Blackout build. It looks like a quality made gas tube. It also comes with a roll pin as well. The fit was tight and looks good on top of that. I would not hesitate to buy another gas tube or anything else from ODIN works.

Another good BCM product

I was looking for a low profile rail cover for my Aero Quantum rail. These are exactly what I was hoping they would be. Enough grip without being too rough, low profile, and they stay put but you don’t need a screwdriver to pry them off.

Solid scope mount
Written on Jul 29, 2018
The Primary Arms Deluxe Scope Mount is a well built mount. I have 3 of these mounts, and they all have been good. I’ve mounted on 5.56 and 7.62 rifles without any problems. It’s a bit on the heavy side compared to some mounts, but not enough to choose another mount unless it’s a lightweight build. Fit and finish is good for the price. For the other reviews that have stripped out screws they probably applied too much torque. You shouldn’t apply more than 15-20 INCH-pounds of torque to the rings that cradle the scope.
