I thought long and hard about whether to go with this one or one of the “super safety” versions. No looking back with this decision. Install took about 5 or 10 minutes. I put one in a rifle length A2 clone and it functioned perfectly right out of the box. No gun smithing, tweaking, filing of dorking around with the rifle to get it to run right. I was so impressed with it that I bought a second one and dropped it into an M4 carbine. It’s not exactly a Geissele target trigger on semi, but much better than typical GI. One note: for the A2 clone, I wanted to maintain the GI issue look so I found a replacement selector switch for this that is a mil spec selector that has been machined to work with this FRT from Datum Machine Works.
