The CZ p10 comes from the factory with an excellent stock trigger for a pistol with a partially-cocked striker. This flat-faced aluminum shoe improves the tactile control with smoother, shorter travel and a more comfortable trigger bow than the stock polymer shoe. The factory shoe is the weakest point in the stock configuration. The OP striker seems an improvement, the pull feels slightly lighter and smoother, but the TAC shoe feel and shorter, smoother travel is the most noticeable improvement. With only 1,000 trigger pulls the sides of my swapped-out factory shoe showed grooves and polish where it had rubbed on the frame. The aluminum TAC shoe glides on the pull with near zero friction at that interface, which really enhances trigger feel and sensitivity to the action.

The solid fit and feel of this optic is excellent, and the titanium hood fits closely around the body of the sight. You can see it in the field of view, especially in the top corner of a magnifier view, but it’s not obtrusive or distracting. The sight is also reasonably lightweight. Adjustments to elevation and windage are crisp, audible, and tactile. The 2 MOA dot size works well for me at 50 yards, with or without the 3x magnifier I have mounted behind it. Dot color is a personal choice, and I find that green works well for my vision. It’s a fine, crisp dot. The dot is bright enough for full daylight, and dims down to suit low light well. While I have fired under 200 rounds since mounting it, the QD mount holds zero perfectly so far, and I expect it will perform well. This sight is an excellent value for the price.
