I read numerous reviews and comments on this crossbow before it arrived. There were several folks that complained that it was difficult to assemble. If you have opposable thumbs and can use the included tools, you can do it. It just takes patience, since the directions are both written, and illustrated. Pay attention, and it is easy.

It is of sturdy construction, though, as some complained, the adjustable stock does have some play in it. That shouldn't be a problem. It seems to be of good quality, and I have shown it to friends who do crossbow hunting. They were impressed with the overall value of the entire package. I haven't had time to actually use it, but am planning on doing so this coming week.

It is easy to shoulder and the ergonomics seem good on it. The included scope is obviously a base model, but it should serve for my purposes. The bag arrived a week later, and I am pleased with it. It appears to be of good quality construction, and all of the accessories fit easily into the separate zippered compartment.

I'm new to this particular type of "toy" (OK, I know it really isn't a toy.), and I purchased it as an introductory piece, to see if I wanted to carry it further. It seems to have been a good choice. Having read reviews by folks who hunt with this model, (one who claims to have taken a Cape Buffalo with it), it seems it was a good choice.

I purchased this bag for use as a small, local area use, "go/get home bag". Despite the reduced size over my full sized bag, it still holds quite a bit of gear. It allows me to daily carry enough gear to sustain myself for two to three days, in the event that I actually need it. If I'm only traveling a distance where I could walk home in a day or two, I don't need my full sized kit. Though it has plenty of MOLLE attachment points, I haven't found it necessary to attach anything. Yet.

The throw lever was very easy to install. It makes the manipulation of the magnification ring much easier. It's a small addition that makes a huge difference in the rapid deployment of the scope, across the entire magnification range. If I ever buy another variable power scope, I'll invest in a like product. It was definitely worth the cost.

Though I had to wait, as the Trigger Pack was a backorder (it was everywhere online), it turns out it was worth it. I have to admit, I haven't been able to use the new trigger setup under live fire conditions yet. I purchased the Bow Trigger, as well as the Trigger Pack, and it is truly like the difference between night and day. The stock trigger pull was an average of 11 lbs, 14 oz on my Lyman Digital Gauge. (It only registers up to 12 pounds, and sometimes it was beyond the range of the gauge to register.) It now averages at 4 lbs, 15 oz. Installation of the Bow Trigger was not too difficult, though it requires some significant disassembly/reassembly. The Trigger Pack just drops in. There is minimal uptake on the trigger, a very crisp break and no over travel. The reset is as minimal and quick. The stock trigger was good enough to get a 3 shot, 1" group at 50 yards. (At a local indoor range, and the stock sights are minimalistic, and my eyes are aging) I'm looking forward to getting out to test it at much longer ranges, as soon as the snow melts.
