Don't buy this, you've been warned !! Eye relief is awful. dot is very hard to see in daylight, illumination is almost non existent.
Very hard to focus too. I can't get 200 words in this review without seeming negative.

Heavy, looks good, BUT the eye relief is AWFUL. You have to be real close and if you drift off just a tad, it goes black. And the " RED DOT is NOT what you think it is. It is an etched in dot , on the glass, with a circle around it , and the battery tries to illuminate the circle and dot like a fiber optic would. And it can't take the shock of anything more than a .22 . I was going to put it on my Henry .22, but its way too forward on the rail to be of any use. I see why this has a not return no exchange policy, they would all be returned .And They are so bad, you can't find any info about them on the Firefield website.
