Very handy for hiking and scouting

Was on the fence whether or not to go with one of these slings, but for my purposes, it's perfect. It keeps you hands free and my rifle out of the way when I am moving to the stand, while scouting and while I'm skiing. I was looking for a bi-athlon type sling to be able to get to where I am going without having to control my rifle. Somewhat confusing when attaching to my rifle, but ones it's set, it seems to work perfectly.

The variable brightness is awesome in both colors. It is a lot of fun to play with. Works well at night with a flashlight also. Not too heavy and mounts really easy. The Aurora reticle is extremely versatile and I look forward to playing with all the features. I was going for an ACOG like optic that I was familiar with from the Marine Corps, and this didn't disappoint. The 5x view is just the little bit extra compared to the old issued RCO 3.5x. It honestly makes all the difference in making very accurate shots. Highly recommend this optic.
