The actual item was NOT serrated on the right side like in the picture. And yes, it came in a sealed package with a label that said "Guntec heavy duty charging handle." Fits & functions well otherwise. Returned
The clips are too thick to hook into the default sling swivels on Mossberg 500. This is very disappointing since it's a popular shotgun. It would be nice if the product description entailed what models it was designed to support. The loops have rubber bands in them so they will hold the shells securely, which is a plus.
