This has been a nightmare. What should be a simple item to replace and add caused a lot of headache and damage to FCU that has to be fixed.
What had happened was the wear on the mag release would allow for normal slow mag release to be locked, once you slapped the magazine when full or at range, it would go beyond and hit the FCU, bending and causing failures to eject and feed. It took a long time to find this as the culprit. Conclusion poor soft material, that wears over time, causing damage and or malfunctions
