great quality at an okay price

Written on Mar 28, 2025

Price wise I’d say it’s right in the middle of expensive and cheap 22lr ammo that being said it’s worth the price but SK quality it very good, in fact I prefer to shoot SK rather then ELEY which tends to be much more expensive despite not shooting as well as the SK (at least out of any of my rifles) highly recommend this ammo and any other SK ammo for great accuracy/price ratio if someone says otherwise well.. I’d have to say it probably human error.

more round means more better..right?

Written on Sep 14, 2024

Went on easy if you have basic understanding of anything basic. Basically you revert to some basic tools like a punch which is basically a metal stick and a tap tap device of sorts commonly known as a hammer (but not limited to) which is essentially a piece of metal attached to a stick but that’s not to say anything you have within reach to bang on your metal stick with won’t do the job.. because it probably will. Anyway just tap tap and alittle bang bang and the metal bottom will slip right off like a greasy piece of bacon on a Teflon skillet and from there you use another metal stick with a handle that some guy named Phillips invented for the sole purpose of attaching one thing to another then all you basically have to left to do is sit back and marvel over the massive engineering undertaking you’ve managed to accomplish all by yourself. Thanks for taking the time to read this in-depth “how-to” literature because now your one step closer to shooting a whopping +2 extra rounds you’ll probably need because volume=accuracy like I always say.. more round means more better!

works very well

Great little muzzle break with the quality you’d expect from MDT. However if you ask my wife who just so happened to be a few feet to my right as shots started ringing off that fine afternoon shed probably tell you it doesn’t work and made her teeth and hair hurt as sonic waves coursing through your skeletal system does so after a quick explanation on how muzzle breaks work she was delighted by the results when standing behind me instead of her generous noise dampening meat shield services she was providing for all the woodland critters that day Anywho.. it’s a decent break that wont break your piggy bank when dumpin hot loads with your wife.. down range that is, grow up.

quality brass

Written on Aug 30, 2024

Showed up a few days earlier than expected and very well packaged in plastic box’s, clean, shiney and ready to load. First time buying small pocket brass and I’m by no means disappointed that said I haven’t had a chance to fire them yet so time will tell but considering they were available at all for what seems to be a great price to quality ratio I’d recommend you pick some up for yourself if available because if you don’t I sure will

heavy duty

This things a beast from the second you see the massive box they ship it in on your porch to when you open it and find a massive bipod inside. Appears to be built to last and tho I haven’t put any rounds through the 6.5CM with it on I have no doubt it’ll stand the test of time, it was exactly what I was looking for.

best .22 products available

Written on Aug 23, 2024

I only leave reviews if I feel the product or brand truly deserves it and Kidd products always come strongly recommended by me. I’ve purchased many products from Kidd and I’m yet to find anything I dislike, when it comes to their barrels nothing I’ve used comes close to not only the precision but the craftsmanship is unparalleled. You won’t understand .22lr precision until you slap a Kidd barrel on your rifle, trust me you won’t regret it.

quality, affordable, accurate

Written on Aug 16, 2024

For the price I purchased this ammo with the expectation of being my “just have around” ammo but after using it and getting repeatable 5 shot 5/16 groups at 50yrds using the Kidd 20” .920 barrel I will make sure it’s the ammo I need to “have around” from now on. I use 10 bx1 mags and it averages 10.5 deviation which is what I would consider “match grade” atleast when it comes to .22lr ammo. Havnt tried different lot #’s so I maybe I just got a good batch. Side by side the SK semi auto and SK match rounds look and feel almost identical which makes me wonder if it is in fact the same but repackaged for marketing purposes? Either way very pleased and would highly recommend if precision and consistency are need when .22 plinking, thank you. F

great quality with a great price

Written on Aug 07, 2024

Vortex has been my goto in shooting paraphernalia, cannot beat the quality to price ratio and despite being made in China that has not affected the brand in any negative way that I can tell. This range finder isn’t the “top of the line” but it’s a significant upgrade from other cheap range finders I’ve owned in the past that being said it’s been very reliable to about 1500yrds and as I push my shots out further I’m sure it’ll continue out to the 2000yrds it claims. This product comes recommended by me if your don’t want to spend 500,600 or even 1000+$ on a range finder.

excellent performance

Written on Jun 25, 2024

Was more then I expected not only the performance but the fit and finish is amazingly done. You can tell the company takes pride in their products and make sure it doesn’t leave their factory unless everything checks out.. literally, it comes with an inspection checklist. It slides extremely smooth but most importantly it stabilizes the rifle better then expected. I tried it out with several different bipods and even with a sloppy bipod it helps dramatically, that being said the quality of a bipod ultimately determines the usefulness of the stabilizer. Last but not least it looks great on whatever rifle you put it on and will get a lot of questions and comments when out shooting with the friends

Very comfortable grip

Written on May 22, 2024

The grip fits my hand very well and is very light so it works perfectly on my ultra lite that being said I didn’t want the gloss version but that’s all that was available, no problem however I just scuffed it with some scotchbright to give it that dull look I was going for now it matches my faxon handguard. Claims titanium screw but upon weighting it I found it’s the same weight and a standard screw.. weird no biggie but don’t make false claims. All an all I recommend the grip I really like it. Definitely recommend.
