I usually do not write reviews. But because of the one review on this product that stated "Average Quality" and "Rocks up and down" I felt I had no choice. I bought an anniversary edition Ruger 10-22 with a Picatinny rail. I liked it so well that I purchased an Acog 4 power scope for it! The problem? The rail did not extend back far enough to accommodate the eye relief of an Acog. I was bummed!! So that is what started my journey looking for a rail extension. When I found the Yankee Hill Extension I was concerned because of the review that I read but decided to try the Extension anyway. What I found was a very well made accessory that fit well and snugged up with no problems. I'm so happy, everyone that has seen it mounted really likes it too. I'm not exactly sure what went wrong with the two star review? But I would highly recommend this product for anyone needing a riser or extension. It is a 5 Star Product!
