I bought the aluminum strut version ("A). Connected solidly to the back of my Ruger PC Charger. It locks open SOLIDLY. NO issues whatsoever with the hinge releasing/collapsing while using (I think those complaints were only on EARLY versions of the composite model that have been fixed). In fact it takes a fair amount of pressure with thumb on top and fingers under to release the hinge to fold from the open position - NO complaints with that. The folded position holds firmly against the side of the gun, with just a simple tug to release and open. It CAN be reversed to fold to the right by removing and flipping the hinge/attachment from the brace, but as I find I prefer keeping the charging handle on the right, the left-side folding is perfect. Fits against the side of the PC Charger in a very neat, compact form. I like the very clean, simple, minimalistic style. Highly recommended (get one while you can - AND write your letter to the ATF opposing their new pistol brace nonsense)!

Ordered and installed on my new Ruger PC Charger even before my first trip to the range. Easy, quick install. Fits & looks GREAT - not too big, 1.5-inches of just right. I can't comment (yet) on how it improves the shooting as I didn't do a before/after. With my first two 5-shot groups out of the gun inside 2" at 15-yards, it's surely not hurting anything! Again, no before/after, but I didn't notice any muzzle flash at all shooting both eyes open with a red dot. A simple, well-made produce that I would highly recommend.

A fantastic upgrade for my PC Charger! Excellent feel in the hand. The lower angle (more vertical) is MUCH more comfortable & natural than the stock (or a “normal”) AR grip, especially for the shorter Charger. The palm swell feels just right a d and improvement as well. The rubberized coating provides a lot of sure grip without being “harsh.” A very well made product. Attaches securely to the PC Charger with the stock bolt - but you have to angle the attachment bolt up inside the Gradus handle more than expected as this grip is more vertical than the stock grip.
