I recieved the light early December 2019 and before mid december I sent a complaint in that the laser does not turn on in the light AND laser mode when the brightness setting of the light is turned up to its highest of its three settings. After having been sent a new battery(free of charge) and it still not working, I sent it in for warranty repair(free of charge). The same serial model with the same non-functioning laser was sent back. When asked about that they recommended I use the laser on medium setting. The light is advertised to work at a specified lumen brightness, but medium lumen setting is necessary to have a functioning laser when on Light(constant)/ Laser(constant) or Light(strobing)/Laser(constant) mode. They either could not or would not fix the light but the fact remains, it does not work and I am not satisfied. The Viridian/Galco King Tuk was so loose that the gun could fall out easily. I left a review on that as well you can read there. I should have just asked for a refund. Now I'm buying a different brand weapon light.
