The tail cap would not screw on enough to make the light work (without a nutty amount of torque).
Surefire rep told me ,"In layman, put the tail cap on without the battery in first." This works but why is it like that.
Maybe there's a good reason.
What really bothers me is the knurl is effectively non existent. It doesn't matter because I'll never use this thing anyway but I expect more from high end equipment.
Anyway, it works fine and is "built" in USA.
Unfortunately I would recommend Streamlight products for almost everybody.

I have a TLR1-HL on a Glock17.
Drawing is smooth and easy.
When re-holstering I can feel some resistance on the light but I'm not rushing that anyway.

Machining 101 guys, remove the burrs.
