This is a pretty decent scope for the money. Being a first focal plane, I was impressed with the price, especially since it comes with a mount and scope caps. The only real complaints: the reticle doesn't really start to get bigger until you're halfway through the magnification range, and the turrets are capped (I prefer the tactical style turret knobs so that I can see the adjustments I am making). But it has decent glass and a 34mm tube, so these are small inconveniences

ADM scope mount

I've used American Defense mounts before, so I wasn't surprised by this purchase. Typical quality from this manufacturer...solidly built, rock-solid mounting. Latches lock down tight and keep the scope from moving
Proof Research carbon fiber barrel

Can't say much about the performance yet, as the build is still in progress (waiting for other parts), but the fit and finish of this barrel is top shelf! I've only ever dealt with carbon fiber on performance car parts, and while they end up looking pretty good, this is on a whole other level! There was no splintering or roughness of the fiber anywhere, and the seams between the edges of the fiber and the stainless steel (the barrel is carbon-wrapped stainless) were non-existent. If you're thinking about dropping aome serious coin on a carbon fiber barrel, THIS is the one to get
