This is the fourth one that I have purchased, so needless to say, I love these things. They take a simple build and give it a much higher quality tactile feeling.

Beyond Expectations

I got these for my wife as she really enjoys watching the wildlife that comes into our yard. I had high hopes because of the reviews, and they exceeded any preconceived notion that I had. The clarity and light gathering capabilites have them considerably outperforming their dollar amount. Completely ignore the fact that they are affordable. Buy them because you are looking for a good pair of binoculars in this power range. Vortex continues to impress. Warranty is nuts as well.

I get what the review meant about fingers sliding off, but if you are the kind of cat who likes to use the side of his hand, this is perfect. Adds no weight and allows for your optic to be as far back as you like. I have more than one.

I put thus stock grip combo on an Aero ar15 that I had put together and it is one of the best additions I have made. Changes the feeling of the rifle tremendously. So the one I am reviewing is the second one I have bought, now for my doms .308. I fully intend to buy more for my remaining ARs. Love this combo, although I will say that the stock looks a little small on the .308. I assume it is because the one I had on there previously was considerably more substantial in it's presentation. I will get used to it. It's the right choice.
