The shroud is titanium and much better fit than the original that comes on the lapua rpr. It will improve your moa slightly. And it is safer. Ruger Precision Rifles are a phenomenal rifle. As good as any long range rifle 4 times its price. But needs a few upgrades like the shroud. Optics planet is my first choice for finding my needs always.
