I like the storage compartments they are handy and hold many items. The top handle is really what I use on a daily bases.It could stand a 1/4" inch wider strap and maybe a little heavier material in the strap. I don't normally use the pack slings/straps. It has good multiple compartment dividers in each large compartment. Overall I like the pack/briefcase.
