I'm 6' and about 235lbs, I fully expected the large to fit me, as I wear a size 38-40 pants, but even at the tightest it was a few inches to large.. buy the medium unless you wear a size 44 or bigger. Optics planet no questions asked free shipping returns sure is nice tho
