I've owned several Aero fully assembled uppers and I've cerakoted several as well. So far no major issues on installation. The only headache I received once with this upper is trying to get a Faxon 223 Wylde pencil barrel to seat and it took mild heat on the upper and Aeroshell to seat the barrel extension.

Nice and lightweight handguard

Very nice handguard only reason I removed one star is due to the issues it took for installation and removal. Keep in mind for this to work correctly and per instructions you have to heat this up to install AND remove it. I did use this for a lightweight build so if you want this to be lighter V Seven has the barrel nut and installation screws/nuts in titanium but at the time of writing those parts were not stocked by OP. I do have two of these in my collection one cerakoted and the other stock but if you're looking to cerakote this be extra careful.
