needs some work with a file

Had to file both the top lip of the ejection port and the forward assist. Tried multiple mil spec and aftermarket parts. Detent for ejection port couldn't articulate until after I used a round file. Ended up using a fcd epc. The forward assist took more work. Teo different mil spec forward assist, two different roll pins. Both would bind to the point they werent functional. If i had the 3/32 punch through in place of the roll pin it would work just find. Had to file down the yhe retaining face of the forward assist unil it wouldn't bind any more. Seems like the hole for the roll pin was drilled too close in to the center of the forward assist. Overall it looks good, but I wouldn't recommend this. Both the vltor billter upper and silencer co billet upper are better options.

Not the value i was hoping for

I own some other primary arms optics that's I've been happy with but this was kind of a let down even for the price. My 2 biggest complaint are the refresh rate/ ghosting, and the reticle becomes very distorted around the top third of the sight picture. I would recommend spending the extra hundred at getting a holosun. I would be interested to see how this stacks up against a swampfox. It's still better than nothing if your keeping the dot centered in the sight picture. Would only recommend if your really strapped for, but maybe consider a swampfox.

great value

they are nicely built. my only complaints are that they are slightly long for their size but not a problem if you regularly wear some kind of boot. I also wish that they came in some lighter colors or not denim. I almost prefer these to my vertx delta 2.1 because these have the extra pocket in the front so i can securely fit 2 pmags on one my left side. Will definitly be buying another pair and I hope they expand their line

It's reasonably light and very sturdy if you follow direction. I've had a pretty good amount of time with it and have never had an issue with it lossening up. The only downside is the latch is made of polymer but as long as you're not going to be a 200lb gorilla about it you will be fine.
