UPDATE they sent me an entire new frame for free as mine was only missing the kidney pad. Pretty good communication considering how big Optics planet is. Overall I'm happy with the purchase and how it was handled by the customer service staff. Product itself is very light compared to old USGI ALICE pack frames. Only time will tell how it holds up though.

Received the frame and shoulder straps with no kidney pad. Called optics planet to see if they will send me a pad so I can use the frame I purchased. Still haven not received a kidney pad. Would rather not have to spend another 25$ on another site so I can use my frame.
