I don't know what these other reviews are on about. I got a notification saying my item shipped like 2 hours after I placed the order and then arrived exactly when they Said it would. The bipod is sturdy and probably the most solidly built bipod I've ever held. Even with the adjustments loose on pan/cant it doesn't shake or rattle.
