Smith Enterprise Vortex Flash Hider

Appears to be a great flash suppressor from what I've seen on the net. I have installed it on my carbine and have shot it....no obnoxious tuning fork sound, but I do hear a slight low ring now and again. Sadly, I have done no night firing, so cannot say if it hides flash as well as shown on the net. If it hides the flash as advertised it deserves a 5 star rating.
Excellent construction, fit, finish and looks great on the carbine.
Again, I have not fired it in darkness but I have another one on order.

I've used the Midwest URR to remove 2 birdcage flash suppressors. Works perfectly and provides a steel to steel connection for the barrel as you apply torque to remove the suppressor. This tool eliminates any stress on aluminum parts if you were to simply put the carbine receiver into a vice.
The nickel finish is a nice corrosion resistant treatment.
