that are too long. This product is lazy and cheap. Example: the Tikka 3x version is far too long. It overhangs the receiver by 1.5" or more. I returned this and went with the Warne pic rail which was custom made to the correct length.

The base is about 1-2" too long. The issue that is if you put the overhang toward the front, your scope may touch it. If you flip it around to where the overhand end points back to the stock, it can interfere with the scope eyepiece, bolt action, or simply be in the way.
