Tried twice both terrible returned

I wanted to upgrade my atn 4k pro to this new 5th gen model. The first one wouldn’t come on and when it finally did I got the software upgraded, but still wouldn’t come on reliably. So I exchanged that for a second one and it came on but it took about a minute to boot up before the crosshairs would appear. I called and ATN said that’s normal so for me that’s useless. It was slightly clearer than the 4k pro but not worth all the downsides. The new zoom button I didn’t like either. Long story short this thing sucks! Optics planet however let me return it free of charge so thanks for being nice about that. Still love them.
