Incredible top rail for AK pattern. You will need some skill but installation was around 30minutes. One thing is if done correctly this rail does not move. That is the key. Interchangeable and all but I have a Vortex 1-6x on their so I have no need for swappable feature. Matt finish is nice and the machining is top notch. Two concerns are a retaining washer for leaf spring area that is tiny and bends easily. The other issue is the price...Pop this out at $100 and I am easily buying 2 more. Great optics mount for AK pattern if not the best so,union out there. Highly recommended over the side rail thing which is not a solution at all for mounting optics with accuracy in mind. Great job Texas Weapons System!

Solid and well made. Does what it needs to do and looks, fits and look excellent! installation is easy and the brace rotates a to fit all sizes. It is easy to straighten out after. Highly recommended.

This will work but you will need to do some filing/ dremeling to get it fit. In addition, you will need to do some bending. Once you get it bent and filed it works. It actually becomes a solid mount. I ended up still getting a Texas Weapon System rail but this will work for those who maybe cannot make a purchase like that on limited budget. The rail itself is solid and it did not take me more than a couple of hours to fit it with relatively NO WOBBLE at all. However, I will say this...Do it slowly and you will not have any wobble...Start just ignorantly filing and dremeling and you will have a very loose fit. Worth the cheap price and a good alternative. The other reviewers did not put the work I did into making mine fit it seems. Out the box it won't...With time and patience it is a solid rail that now sits on my backup AK pattern. I would actually give it a 4.5...You can also see my Texas Weapon System rail review...So I can say this works and so does the TWS...This is cheaper by a ton.

Great that it is 5 rounds for hunting...However, it is the ugliest AK magazine out there. I would still recommend it but any company making product should always keep aesthetics as a major necessity in design. It is high quality but the looks just takes away from it.

Solid mount and well machined. Only hit is that it is not QD like American Defense. It holds zero but I like to switch scope with RDS and I need to use allen tools to do it. For the price, a well designed QD option would not seem so far fetch. Still a great mount. What I like most is the offset and height. SPOT ON.

Solid and reliable so far. Quality build. Finish is nice, illumination is brighter than I expected. Glass is clear and reticle is clear and sharp. Wish it were just simple crosshair but everyone needs to make a mark now. Highly recommended. It sits atop a Daniel Defense M4V1 on a Vortex offset mount. Wish it were 1 inch tube since I have an American Defense Recon QD Mount...Still the Vortex mount is not bad at all.

Easy to install. Took under 30 minutes. High quality machining and parts are well made. Retainer ring bent but I replaced easily. Holds zero and allowed me to shoot sub moa 50yrds (3rnd) and moa-1.5 at 100yrds. If you are building an AK like I built this is the rail to get. It holds a American Defense Scout Rail and Nikon scope or Vortex RDS depending on how I feel. Well worth the money. If you are not mech inclined have someone else do it for you...It was EZ for me.

Wow this magazine is awesome. I have PL, RO, RUS, CZ, HU, Bosnian, Magpul, US Palm, Tapco (Solid) anbd this one ranks up there. No FTFs or jams and easy to lock on...Spring tension is firm and easy to load as well. Best part is they have this in OD Green. Highly recommended.
